Tartine d'automne

INGREDIENTS

- 1 Panifrance Sunflower & Sesame Baguette,
- 200 g of goat cheese,
- 80 g of pine nuts,
- 50 g of dry fig,
- 2 tea spoons of olive oil,
- salt, pepper

PREPARATION

Cut goat cheese in thick slices. Chop figs roughly. In a hot pan, cook pine nuts with olive oil, salt and pepper. Cut the baguette in 2 in the length, and in 3 in the width. Put 2 or 3 slices of cheese on each tartine. Strew pine nuts and figs on each. You can add a dash of liquid honey.

Serve cold
