Apple Caramelized Wheat Crepes

INGREDIENTS

- Panifrance Wheat Crepes,
- 2 sliced holowed-out and peeled apples,
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) of maple syrup,
- 2 soupspoon of butter,
- 1/4 tea spoon of ground cinnamon,
- a good pinch of nutmeg

PREPARATION

Melt butter in a casserole. Add apples and cook for 4 minutes.

Add cinnamon, nutmeg and maple syrup. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes, until apples are caramelized.

Thaw and reheat a wheat crepe with a nut of butter. Garnish, fold and serve.
