Ruby-Gin Cocktail


- 1 sprig of thyme
- 60 ml of gin
- 30 ml pineapple juice
- 10 ml of Orange Bitters
- 120 ml of tonic water
Ice cube to your taste


1- Pour the Blood Orange Puree into a shaker.
2- Tap a bunch of thyme in your hands, then put it at the bottom of the shaker.
3- Add the gin, the pineapple juice and shake vigorously with ice.
4- Strain into a glass filled with ice cubes and add the tonic and the Orange Bitters.
5- Decorate with a few slices of blood orange and fresh thyme.
