Persian sandwich

INGREDIENTS

2 portions:
- Swedish bread: 2 units
- Yellow grilled peppers: 2 units
- Grilled zucchinis: 4 slices
- Spinach in blocks: 50 g
- Brie cheese: 70 grams
- Lemon zest: 1 unit
- Saffron mayonnaise: 75 ml
- Fresh ground cumin: 1 pinch

PREPARATION

1. Lay the 2 slices of Swedish bread on a counter and spread with saffron mayonnaise.
2. Cut the grilled peppers and zucchinis into 1 cm pieces.
3. Cover one slice with the grilled peppers and zucchini.
4. Slice the cheese into 0.5 cm pieces and lay them over the veggies.
5. Add lemon zest over the sandwich.
6. Salt, pepper and add a pinch of cumin.
7. Cover with spinach.
8. Top with second piece of bread.
9. Cut in half and serve.
