Rooba-Red Cocktail
INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz Sake,- 1 oz BOIRON Passion fruit Puree,
- 1/4 oz cane sugar,
- 1/2 oz Cointreau,
- 1/4 oz grenadine syrup,
- 2 oz pink grapefruit
PREPARATION
In a mixing glass, add ice and pour all ingredients.Shake well and strain into an old-fashioned glass.
Garnish with a wedge of pink grapefruit.
