This classic dish from the Perigord region of France involves tender slices of potato cooked in duck fat with parsley and garlic. Pairs beautifully with any meat or fish, or for the brunch.
Preparation
Cook from frozen in a pan for 15-20 minutes or in the oven at 200°C / 400°F for 15-18 minutes.
