Chocolate Truffon

A tick chocolate ganache hiding a soft meringue heart, topped with a chocolate mousse and a dark chocolate decoration.
Delicious premium chocolate dessert, free from preservatives, palm oil, artificial colours or flavours. 

Preparation

Unmould the product on a plate. Remove the plastic tabs and allow to thaw in the fridge for 4 hours (at 4°C).
