Mini Blini to Garnish

Small breads of Russian origin to be used as a base for salted and sweet canapés. Excellent with cream cheese, smoked salmon and lemon zest.

Bake from frozen at 150°C / 300°F for 10 minutes and then garnish or simply thaw and garnish.
