Vincent Mahé, President

Native of Brittany, France, Vincent developed his expertise in international trade and marketing of frozen foods amongst industry leaders in France and the United Kingdom. After several years, he decided to cross the ocean and created Gastronomia to share his passion for gastronomy with North American chefs. Always on the lookout for trends and new products in the culinary world, Vincent elaborates Gastronomia’s market strategies and creates innovative solutions to answer customer needs.

Jean-Philippe Brouillet, Vice-president

Native of Normandy, France, Jean-Philippe began his career in the world of high finance in Paris.  He then decided to re-vector his professional life and went on a two year discovery tour of one of his passions: the Anglo-Saxon culture.  Filled with new ideas, he moved to Canada to create Gastronomia, at the nexus of his interests in commerce, gastronomy and the restaurant business. Operator extraordinaire, Jean-Philippe leads the finance, logistics and purchasing functions with superior customer service as a constant priority.
