SIAL April, 1st, 2009, Montréal (QC)

Gastronomia attended the 2009 edition of SIAL Montréal. Nicolas Butelet, Sales Manager for Quebec and Maritimes, introduced brand new products such as Panifrance blossom macarons or ascolane olives. Trendy cocktails made with Les Vergers Boiron purees were offered to visitors.

Gastronomia Inauguration, April, 1st, 2009, Montréal (QC)

Gastronomia inaugurated its brand new offices on Richmond Street in Montreal last April, 1st. The inauguration, witnessed by more than 80 guests was the occasion for Gastronomia to unveal its novelties as well as the new catalogue. Guests enjoyed appetizers and delicious mini patisseries such as blossom macarons and raspberry mini verrines. A chef cooked Foie gras poélé and trendy cocktails made with Les Vergers Boiron purees were offered to guests.

  CRFA Show, March 8-10 2009, Toronto (ON)

Once again, the Gastronomia booth organized by Giancarlo Perri, Business Development Manager for Ontario, was a huge success and attracted a lot of visitors.

Visitors had the chance to taste some of our 2009 novelties including verrines cocktail and verrines desserts, olive ascolane as well as individual gratin with cepes.

Laurène Bourges Boiron entertained the visitors with her mixologist skills, using the Les Vergers Boiron Fruit Purees.

New York International Restaurant & Foodservice Show, March 1-3 2009, new York (NY)

The Artic Connoisseur in the Big Apple!

Gastronomia presented more than 30 all brand new products to visitors who were exited to discover something really different.

 

Visitors were also seduced by the signature drinks made by the famous mixologist Jonathan Pogash. During 3 days he made delicious cocktails with Les Vergers Boiron fruit purees.
